These high efficiency mixing granule machines provide guarantee for product quality, but there is a "dust" problem in tail gas collection. Due to the continuous increase of nanoscale products, the original particle size is becoming more and more fine, the potential water content of the paste material is increasing, and the company is constantly developing in the direction of large-scale and large-scale, and the company is eager to combine high-efficiency mixing granulator. In particular, some large-tonnage products, such as precipitated calcium carbonate, currently produce more than 3 million tons nationwide, a small production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and a scale of 100,000 tons with five sets of high-efficiency mixing granulator, and a Guangxi enterprise plan to get 500,000 tons. According to the current high-efficiency mixing granulator level, Regardless of the area of the equipment or the dry product after the "dust" collection of the "dust" is very large.
According to the pulse cloth bag dust collector commonly used in the industry at present, the operating environment is very bad and must take effective measures to solve it. Therefore, we hope that the equipment development unit will focus on solving two problems, one is the drying problem of fine paste objects with high water content, and the other is the industrial hygiene problem of "dust" collection after the object is dried. Still taking the calcium carbonate industry as an example, more than 200 companies across the country basically use rotary indirect heating desiccators, disc continuous desiccators, rotating tube dryers, etc., in the selection of high-efficiency mixed granulation machines. Although the production efficiency is satisfied, Energy consumption and the collection of "dust" from tail gas are not ideal. Once they enter calcium carbonate enterprises, they are covered with a layer of white calcium carbonate powder from the ground to the roof, and even a layer of white on the desks and chairs of the office. This has management problems. What is more important is that after drying, the tail gas receives "dust" and does not pass. Recently, this industry has introduced DuPont's dusting equipment, which has basically solved the problem.
