Therefore, when customers are shopping for a strip dryer, they must pay attention to the configuration of the dryer. The selection of a strip dryer filter must be suitable for the teeth channel and aperture of the dryer. Generally, the diameter of the mesh hole selected for the filter is 0.2 times the diameter of the drier's inlet channel or aperture. What are the common faults of strip dryers in use? How? How to carry out maintenance? We would like to introduce a few points to you:
1, before the boot should be gas supply tri-unit inspection, water storage discharge and ensure sufficient oil level.
2, ensure that the equipment of the dryer is well grounded, the temperature meter on the equipment should be measured and verified.
Check and maintain the spare parts, such as lubricating the bearings, adjusting the pulley, checking the electrical line, the rocker arm of the door, the connection of the pipe, etc..
4, the raw material fire failure, may be the design of the dryer equipment, or the raw material can not absorb the fire in the dryer, etc.. In addition, it may also be caused by human factors, such as the forced heating of too small dryers in order to achieve the drying effect. At this point, it is recommended to change the equipment of the dryer and check whether the dryer is installed correctly, whether it leaks air or increases wind pressure. Use the dryer correctly and carefully increase the temperature for the dryer so as not to cause fire.
5, the occurrence of raw materials do not dry at once, this is mainly due to the drying machine is too small or improper use of drying machines and other reasons. In addition, the wind network wind pressure, flow calculation error will also lead to such a failure. You can replace or modify the drying equipment, or ask the manufacturer to recalculate the change plan such as wind pressure and flow. If it is caused by improper operation, the operator will conduct the correct operation in strict accordance with the instructions.
6, to ensure that the seat fixed bolt is not loose, supporting spring connection is suitable, computer board control, wind wheel, heat exchanger has good flexibility.
7, keep the equipment clean, daily wipe the equipment, clean the dust box to ensure ventilation and so on. Open the back cover regularly to clean the interior of the equipment.
