As algae that grow in the sea, algae are hidden plants in the plant kingdom. Algae include several different species of organisms that produce energy by photosynthesis. They are generally considered to be simple plants. The main characteristics are: no vascular tissue, no true differentiation of roots, stems, and leaves; No flowering, no fruit and seeds; The unprotected tissue of the genital organs, often producing spores or gametes directly from a single cell; And embryogenic formation. Because of the simple structure of algae, some botanists attribute it to the "leaf plant group" of lower plants with fungi. Seaweeds are abundant in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia.
The production line can use the high-end DW type net belt drying machine to achieve efficient drying of seaweed and coconut paste.


Job advantage:
The entire production line is fully enclosed(for materials) and consists of three parts: swing fabric section, dry section, and feed section. The swing fabric section causes the seaweed to be evenly dispersed on the mesh plate and transported to the dry section at a uniform rate. The seaweed passes through the hot wind drying section at 80 °C, the hot wind drying section at 90 °C and the hot wind drying section at 120 °C, and then passes through the discharge section. The circulation wind direction and the circulation of the inner wind of each unit are of a downward type, that is, the heated air is inhaled by the lead fan. After the fan outlet is first pre-distributed and then the wind is evenly distributed through the orifice, Hot air penetrates the material layer from the bottom of the material(or from the top of the material).
